It's Just Not Fair!

God, is it just me, or am I the most sensitive person you've met? And when I say sensitive I mean "cannot go a few days without regular exercise, healthy food, and plenty of sleep without feeling like absolute crap."

I feel ridiculously sluggish, grumpy, toxic and chubby today (and, yeah, the chubby is not just in my imagination--the pants involved in the perfect outfit I envisioned while lying in bed hitting snooze turned out to be too tight today, when they fit just fine last week), but for the life of me I can't think of what drastic lifestyle changes I've made to bring this about.

Yeah, I stayed up too late Monday and Wednesday nights, and had a few glasses of bubbly on Wednesday night, and only exercised 2 or 3 times this week, and ate Halloween candy everyday. BUT I also ate awfully healthy otherwise and didn't drink at all Sunday, Tuesday, or last night. I got plenty of sleep Sunday night, Tuesday night, and last night. And I DID exercise (hard) 2 or 3 times in 5 days. Isn't that balance?

Do I really have to be good all the time?

PS I did get my thyroid checked while I was in Charleston the weekend before last, and it all looks good. So I can't blame anything on that.
